Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, this is usually the same day or next working day; orders are dispatched Monday-Friday inclusive, excluding Bank Holidays. You will receive an email from us to advise you when your order has been dispatched and another from our shipping partner advising of your tracking information.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail or other delivery partners for heavier parcels and are generally delivered 2-4 working days after the day of dispatch. Please note that these timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed.
All parcels are sent using a fully tracked service; you will receive your tracking information and relevant updates via email and/or SMS text message.

Delivery charges for all UK based addresses are:
£3.99 for all orders costing £49.99 or less.
Free Delivery for all orders over £50 in value.
If you require delivery outside of the UK please contact us by emailing info@killercandy.co.uk with details of your order and country and will provide you with a shipping cost.
As the items that we sell are perishable we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged please contact us immediately by emailing info@killercandy.co.uk along with photographic evidence of the damage.
